He was born in Hankow, China, in 1937.
He took part in Chinese artistic exhibitions.
He taught in the Hankow secondary school, conducted courses in the Municipal Culture Palace. At present, he runs the Chinese calligraphy school in Moscow.
He is member of the Chinese People’s Research and Development Institute of Conventional Culture, member of the Chinese Scientific Union of Antithetical Couplets

He should “infect” spectators with his work and cause excitement with that beauty in them — and that is called calligraphy. Otherwise it is nothing more than just hieroglyph writing”.
